"Although no surprise to you, I'd like to share this with you! I performed the oh-so-easy quarterly maintenance on our spa. When I turned the jets on to treat the water, I thought SpongeBob hid a bushel of Krusty Krabs too close to the motor!
It was 4:30. I called anyway to leave a message requesting a service call. Not only did Jennifer answer the phone (did I mention it was 4:30?) but she stayed on the line to instruct me how to release possible air pressure.
Oh my! She heard it! She assured me it was only the circulation pump and it will be replaced tomorrow.
I was like a kid on Christmas morning when I found out the new pump Jim was popping in was still covered under warranty!

"…I received a phone call on the day that hurricane Isabelle was due to blow into town. It was from Leroy who works in the service department at The AQUA Company in Easton. He called to recommend that we leave the pool cover open, as the cover pump would probably not keep up with the expected down pour. He said that cleaning up the pool after the storm would be much easier than repairing the pool cover. My point, this is two years after the sale, the day of the hurricane, and Leroy from The AQUA Company took the extra time and effort to give us a call with a recommendation about the pool that they had installed. That really says it all to me, they care about what they do. My feeling is it would be a cold day before I heard from Anthony Sylvan or the rest of the ‘mass merchant’ type pool installers. End to a long story, yes I’d recommend The AQUA Company."

Your staff was neatly dressed and immediately started carrying the needed tools and supplies and setting up their work area. They did not stand around for 10-15 minutes drinking coffee and chatting. I met with Joe, and he explained in detail everything that was going to take place. Their approach was very methodical and well thought out with each task. They allowed time for me to obtain additional photographs and answered all my questions as the work progressed.
Each staff member took great pride with each task they performed. Nothing was rushed, and Joe has a keen eye for perfection. We are extremely satisfied with the new liner and rave about the craftsmanship and pride that your staff put into this project. It is very obvious that your staff places a lot of pride in their work and what the finished product looks like....It is very obvious that you and your staff place customer satisfaction as your number one priority.
